In every field, learning is always a requirement. Even if you are a teacher, you still need to study and learn.

The thing here is to have a constant training schedule for the downlines. Study shows that a well-instructed downline creates a big difference than the downline with stagnant information in mind.

Constant study really pays at the end. Some of the recommended topics are proper customer treatment, how to communicate effectively, business ethics, and everything that is needed to help them as well as your home-based MLM business.

Dawn is good on  a crisp summer moprning, with the mist settled into the river valley below. Sunset is great when the cloud reflect the bright oranges and purples of the evening sun. But no, the best time of day for me is…

3:17pm.

That’s the time my little girl gets home after a day at nursery.  The time that she charges up the stairs to my office and gives me a great big hug.

I just found a better way to earn a living than having a “day job”. I sacked my boss a while after starting my own network marketing business. If both a husband and wife work, there is little time to work on the business, especially if there are children; however, if a one or the other is fortunate enough to stay home, they can work on the business during the day as they have time.

The important thing in this type of business is to find the one that suits your needs. Some organizations are set up to require a lot of out of town meetings with the upline, and others are almost exclusively Internet-based. You must choose the one that meets your needs and budget. The differences in needs are one of the reasons that so many different organizations exist on the Internet and have not yet become saturated. New ones are developing on a daily basis, so if you don’t find the right organization for you today, keep searching because eventually you will find exactly what you need in order to make your dreams and aspirations a reality.

In the corporate world, there seems to be a misconception that leadership is about telling your staff what to do. This is not leadership. By definition leaders lead. Drive - True leaders drive. They are the driving force of their teams; they drive themselves to new limits, treating their business as if it was the last chance they had of success.

Pride - MLM leaders have pride in themselves, in their company and in the network marketing business in general. This is conveyed to others in their teams and to prospects they speak to.

Hunger - Networking leaders yearn to learn while they earn (:-). They read books, attend trainings, listen in on conference calls. They network with other leaders and are always open to learning from them.

Focus - Leaders know the importance of planning. They make a plan and stick to it, doing the important things first. All of their activity is focused on the task at hand. It takes discipline, but the results speak for themselves.

Enthusiam - Be the most enthusiastic person you know. That is how all of the best network marketers I know come across, and it is infectious. It energises their teams and it leads to better recruitment and higher sales.

Patience - Anybody involved in the network marketing industry should be aware that success does not happen overnight. It takes time to build soild foundations, but don’t quit before you reach the tipping point. This is when you have reached the top of the hill and are about to free-wheel down the other side. Put in a lot of hard work initially for little reward, then you can work a little and enjoy massive rewards.
